As you can tell from the pictures, we had a terrible water situation where a pipe had busted and it flooded a resident’s apartment on the third floor of our community. Now this particular resident besides just having been flooded out of her apartment could not see what was going on for she is blind. She just heard a lot of noise and us rushing in. There was about 2 feet of water and the water was still coming. We immediately called our #1 crew at Stanford and they rushed to our rescue within 8 minutes, with all the crew and machinery needed to get our problem under control and our resident back to her home. Not only is Stanford there for us in cases of emergencies but Stanford also does regular cleaning of our apartments, common areas and tile in restrooms and elevators throughout our community as well. I can call for an apartment to be cleaned at a spur of a moment and Michelle is always there to get someone out to us as soon as possible, to get the job done in a needed rush. They are always looking out for us and are always there to do a great job! I recommend them to ANYONE, Stanford Cleaning And Restoration ROCKS!!!
