VCT (VINYL COMMERCIAL TILE):
Vinyl flooring is wonderful for commercial applications and used to only be seen in hospitals, doctor's offices, and other medical facilities. Now, more and more it can be found in a lot of residential settings. Vinyl can be made with a non-slip surface, making it ideal for professional kitchens and restaurant bathrooms. Because of its non-porous nature, it makes it very popular as it is easy to clean and maintain. With the proper reqular cleaning by Stanford, your VCT will bring years of use to your property.
TILE AND GROUT:
Virtually everyone has tile in their homes. Whether it be ceramic or porclein, it provides you with years of beauty, durability, and value to your property. You may not notice it over time because it is gradual, but over time, your grout begins to change color resulting from traffic and dirt in your home. Even if you sweep and mop it religiously, it is inevidible. Now, imagine if you could take a pressure washer to your tile. This would be nice in theory, but impossible due to overspray on all your items in your home. This is where we come in. With a mild acid based cleaner, some scrubbing, high heat from our truckmounted systems, it is almost like a controlled pressure washing system for your tile. There is no cleaning like it.
CARPET:
We also offer the service of carpet cleaning. We use a very effective hot water extraction method. First, we prevacuume your carpets. Contrary to what most would believe, this is the most important step in cleaning your carpets. We prespot your carpets before the cleaning as well. Then, we use a prespray on your carpet and rake it to loosen any soil and particles in your carpet fibers. Instead of mixing the solution with the water (which causes all the soiled water out of your carpet to recirculate and redeposit in your carpet fibers), we use the prespray method, providing the most effective cleaning. This means that all the water running through our wands is consistantly clean water, running a heavy hot water rinse and immediate extraction. The difference is remarkable and your carpets will prove it. In regards to stains, 99% of the time stain removal is achieved. We understand that some stains do not want to budge and what we guarantee with stains is that if we can't get it out, absolutely no one can come behind us and get it out. No one.
UPHOLSTERY:
We don't skimp on perfection when it comes to upholstery. We clean front, back, and side to side for an all around clean. We can clean any upholstered item in your home, even mattresses!
ORIENTAL RUGS:
Your rugs are just as valuable to us as they are to you. It takes a lot of time and care to clean oriental rugs. Stanford Restoration is an oriental rug specialist. We have IICRC certified technicians on staff ready to clean your rugs in our facility. We beat them to make sure we get as many particles out of it as possible. We vaccuume them with our professional grade vaccuumes. We use a dye lock on them to make sure they do not bleed, as oriental rugs tend to do this. We then use a low moisture system to clean them. They get hung up on our facility with air movers on them. At finish, we treat any necessary fringes for a finishing touch. When we are done, they get rolled up in packaged paper, ready for you to store, or if we are delivering them, we unroll them and reset them in your home. You have options for your oriental and specialty rug cleaning: We can pick them up and deliver them when the cleaning is done, or you can drop them off and pick them up when they're ready.
